Dale B. Smith, D.O.
Dr. Smith is Board Certified in Facial Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. The Allergy Ear Nose & Throat Institute was founded in Lawton, Oklahoma by Dr. Smith in 1992. Based on the growing demand among his surgery patients for non-surgical options for facial rejuvenation, Dr. Smith then started Skin Secrets Facial Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa in 2007. Skin Secrets in located inside the Allergy Ear Nose & Throat Institute and is designed to offer a wide array of cosmetic products and procedures to provide the latest techniques in facial skin care and rejuvenation. The "Secret" behind Skin Secrets is that Dr. Smith and the staff are able to offer most patients reversal of the aging process and enhance the patient's appearance without formal surgery. All of this is done with professionalism and pampering that promises to exceed expectations. Dr. Smith stands behind these techniques ready to provide further enhancement with the latest in facial plastic surgery procedures in our own private surgery center for patients who desire more complete rejuvenation.
ALEJANDRA
Licensed Esthetician
The military brought Alejandra to Lawton/Ft. Sill in 2020. Soon after fulfilling her dream of becoming a Licensed Esthetician she accepted a position at Skin Secrets. She has a passion for patients with acne and acne scarring since she had similar issues herself. She also specializes in premature aging skin, lasers, chemical peels and microneedling. As she likes to say "your skin is a reflection of your overall wellness, invest in it!" She wants to build a relationship with you, educate you, and guide you from start to finish. CASSIDY
Licensed Esthetician
Cassidy was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from Oklahoma State University, and later attended Elite Academy receiving my Esthetician License. She has always been extremely passionate about all things skin and beauty, making people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin and building a long lasting relationship is her ultimate goal. It’s never too late, nor too early...She is excited to help you care for your own skin - come see her in the treatment room!

ESTELA RUTH
Licensed Esthetician
Estela Ruth has been in the hair and esthetics industry more than 13 years. She was also the Master Instructor for the local Esthetician School. She specializes in aging skin, hyperpigmentation, lasers and chemical peels. Estela believes, “ Helping a client typically involves educating them. Establishing trust. you will also improve their confidence and self-esteem- one of the most personally rewarding experiences as an aesthetician.”
Licensed Massage Therapist
Bridget Deitchler, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2016. Her licenses include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Sports, and Prenatal Massages. Herbal Wrap/Scrubs including Mini Facials and much more.
